2025 ICCAC Baseball Scrimmages Set for Sept. 19 in Grimes
GRIMES, Iowa – The Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) is set to host its annual Baseball Scrimmages on Friday, September 19, 2025, at the state-of-the-art Hy-Vee Multiplex in Grimes, Iowa. This year's event will showcase 14 programs from across the Midwest in a full day of competitive scrimmage action.
The scrimmage lineup includes:

Dakota County Technical College (Minn.)
Des Moines Area Community College (Iowa)
Ellsworth Community College (Iowa)
Indian Hills Community College (Iowa)
Iowa Central Community College
Iowa Lakes Community College
Kirkwood Community College (Iowa)
Marshalltown Community College (Iowa)
North Iowa Area Community College
Northeast Community College (Neb.)
Northeast Iowa Community College
Southwestern Community College (Iowa)
While the official game schedule is to be determined, teams will compete in 9-inning scrimmmages following a modified format of 3 outs or 6 batters per half-inning. Each team will also participate in on-field batting practice and infield/outfield warmups prior to their games. In addition to the scrimmages, Prep Baseball Report (PBR) will be conducting player testing throughout the day, offering athletes an opportunity to showcase their skills in front of scouts and evaluators.
The ICCAC Baseball Scrimmages continues to be a marquee fall event, offering teams an early opportunity to compete and providing a platform for players to perform in front of college recruiters and professional scouts.
