Pozo defeated Coe's Josh Donkle by fall in 2 minutes, 50 seconds to win the 149-pound weight class as he moved to 12-0.
Mejias scored an 8-5 decision over Coe's Dimitri Boyer in the finals at 157 pounds to up his record to 13-0.
NIACC's Sha-Keno Jenkins finished third at 157 pounds with his lone loss coming to Mejias (12-6).
The Trojans' Andy Glaser finished second at 184 pounds. He dropped a 7-3 decision to Weston Keleher in the finals.
Despite crowning three champs, coach Steve Kelly's overview of the day wasn't exactly rosy.
"The whole team seemed flat today," Kelly said. "Everybody seemed flat, even the guys that won."
